1 Location Listings display when users search for a radiology group or practice by name, geographical location or the medical center or hospital location (if relevant.) Employers are encouraged to confirm all the information displayed on DIPA is accurate and each imaging sites they manage is included.

Target Audience: General Users

2 Practice Profiles provide a constant source of reference for the diagnostic imaging community. Radiology practices displaying additional content for job seekers can expect to receive a higher volume of suitable employment applications than Location Listings with only minimal content.

Target Audience: Passive Candidates

3 Job Advertisements provide a cost effective way to inform job seekers about full time, part time and locum employment opportunities. The process of posting jobs using DIPA takes only a couple of minutes and they are placed within the Employers Profile or in the Private Advertisers section as required.

Diagnostic Imaging Practices Australia (DIPA) is now in the final phase of building the Australian radiology professions own employment portal. The purpose of this project is to promote direct communication between employee and employer and to bring applicant sourcing in-house as much as possible.

We have worked hard to push the portal to its limits in terms of design and functionality, whilst at the same time balancing the need to make searches user friendly. By offering a simple, yet functional central employment hub, this allows onsite careers to be displayed at the exact time when employees are considering changing employer.

DIPA is now in the process of adding specific employer content to the portal and radiology providers are being contacted in relation to what information they want displayed. We are fully committed to the hosting, promotion and ongoing development of the portal and increasing its use within the radiology community.

With your support, we can achieve this for the benefit of all and hopefully you will agree we’re moving in the right direction.
